It can take as little as 20 minutes and you will be ready to start closing deals. Go to the home page and download the contractor agreement. Email or fax it in. Then go to dre.ca.gov, click eLicensing and log into your account. Here you will initiate a change of employment and we will accept the confirmation. Once we receive the contractor agreement and accept you in the DRE, you can start closing deals immediatly.
Yes. At Villa Group you are your own business within a business and can set any commission structure you like, including charging a flat fee. This will give you flexibility.
E&O is included per transaction. This means that if you do not close any deals you do not pay anything. There are no other fees to pay with Villa Group except your local MLS dues and other marketing fees you may accrue.

You can work from your home office and meet your clients at the house they want to purchase, coffee shops, restaurants, library, etc. You also have the option to open your own commercial office. No. You can treat this as a fulltime or part-time job and sell as little or as much real estate as you want, investors are welcome. We will not call you unless we are returning a phone call.
