Follow transaction throughout Escrow, all disclosures: $500

MLS search: $50

Although we can write up the offer; you are responsible for getting forms signed, answering your clients' questions and all other required work to close.

We also offer free Netmeeting trainings on all forms. Please take advantage of this.

If transaction does not close, no fee is owed. (Villa Group Agents only)
